KPH tried to hold its constituting assembly several times, but failed each time due to the fact that there was not enough people present on the assembly as required by the Croatian laws for establishing a party (I think the required number is 100).

Flag of KPH

On its defunct website, KPH showed a red flag with yellow lettering and a yellow outlined star containing a chip on which there is a yellow hammer and sickle. I seem to remember seeing such a flag in the TV report of one of the aforementioned constituting assemblies.
